When the switch between the two poles of the capacitor bank is closed instantaneously, when the liquid water passes through the strong current pulse, a considerable amount of energy quickly accumulates in the water, which makes the liquid water vaporize instantaneously and produce explosion sound. This complex physical process is called discharge explosion, which is called electric explosion for short. In the process of water vaporization, shock wave (shock wave) is generated in the surrounding medium.
