The punch is driven by the slider to cut the workpiece. Compared with common blanking, electromagnetic blanking has the advantages of simple forming equipment and die, convenient use, high forming rate and high speed forming. Because of the rapid forming speed, the cross-section quality of the workpiece is good, the end face is flat and smooth, there is no fillet belt, almost no fracture belt and burr.
